Public Offer
Terms of provision of services of access to the IAP platform.

1. General provisions
This document is a public offer (hereinafter the “Offer”) for the provision of services of access to the IAP software (Instagram* Automation Platform), hosted at the address iapauto.pro.
The Offer is addressed to any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “User”) who has performed acceptance of its terms in the manner provided for by this document.
Acceptance is deemed to be the fact of registration in the Service and/or payment for a subscription. From the moment of acceptance, the Offer is deemed a concluded agreement between the User and the Provider.
2. The Provider
The services are provided on behalf of the owner of the IAP Service.

3. Subject matter of the agreement
The Provider grants the User access to the web service for automation of work with Instagram* accounts (hereinafter the “Service”) on the terms of the selected plan.
The functionality of the Service includes, in particular: creation (registration) of accounts, mass launching of actions, warming up of accounts, a task scheduler, proxy management and analytics. The composition of the functions may be changed and supplemented as the Service develops.
The Service is provided in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode — access via a web browser without transfer of the software to the User.
4. Plans and cost

The current cost of the plans is indicated on the main page of the Service and in the personal account. Prices are indicated in roubles of the Russian Federation; payment may also be made in the equivalent in foreign currency through payment systems. The Provider is entitled to change the cost of the plans with notification of the User no less than 3 (three) days before the changes enter into force. A change of cost does not affect a period already paid for.
5. Payment procedure
Payment is made by way of 100% advance payment for the selected period. The User makes payment through the integrated payment systems on the website of the Service.
The date of payment is deemed to be the moment of crediting of the funds to the account of the Provider. After successful payment, access to the plan is activated automatically.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes:
- To ensure the operability of the Service in 24/7 mode, with the exception of scheduled technical works.
- To notify the User of scheduled works in advance.
- To process enquiries received by email within 24 hours on business days. Contact: support@iapauto.pro.
- To ensure the confidentiality of the User’s data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The User undertakes:
- To use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Not to transfer access to the account to third parties.
- Not to undertake actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service.
- To bear responsibility independently for the use of the Service in accordance with the terms of third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
The Provider bears no liability for:
- The actions of third parties, including the Instagram*/Meta platforms.
- Blocking of the User’s Instagram* accounts as a result of the use of the Service.
- Interruptions in operation caused by circumstances of insuperable force (force majeure).
- Indirect losses and lost profit of the User.
The aggregate liability of the Provider is limited to the amount of the subscription paid by the User for the current period.
8. Termination of the agreement
The User is entitled to refuse the Service at any time. The procedure for the refund of funds is determined by the Refund Terms.
The Provider is entitled to terminate the agreement unilaterally in the event of violation by the User of the terms of this Offer, without a refund of funds.
9. Confidentiality
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law
This Offer is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes are subject to resolution by way of negotiations, and where that is impossible — in court at the location of the Provider.
11. Changes to the terms
The Provider is entitled to make changes to this Offer. The new revision enters into force from the moment of its publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of the changes means the User’s consent to the new terms.
* The activity of Meta (the social networks Facebook and Instagram) is prohibited in Russia as extremist.
