Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure for the collection, storage, use and protection of the personal data of users of the IAP service (Instagram* Automation Platform) located at iapauto.pro (hereinafter — the "Service", "we").

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please stop using the Service.

2. Personal data operator

The operator of personal data is an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities under the trade name IAP.

3. What data we collect

• Registration data: email address, password (in encrypted form).
• Payment data: we do not store bank card data. Payments are processed by partner payment services.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visits.
• Usage data: the history of actions in the personal account, uploaded configuration files.
• Correspondence with support: messages and files that you send by email or in the built-in chat of the panel.
• Automation data: logins, passwords, sessions and other account data, proxies, and also tokens of third-party services (for receiving email and SMS) that you add for the operation of the Service. When creating (registering) accounts, the Service may temporarily receive emails and SMS containing confirmation codes. This data is used solely for the provision of services and is not transferred to third parties, except in the cases specified in section 6.
• Telegram: the Telegram account identifier upon voluntary linking.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

• Registration and authentication of the user in the Service.
• Performance of the offer agreement and provision of the paid services.
• Sending notifications related to the operation of the Service.
• Technical support and processing of requests.
• Improving the quality of the Service, analysis of errors.
• Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Data storage and protection

Personal data is stored on secure servers. We apply technical and organisational protection measures: password encryption, an HTTPS connection, restriction of access to data.

Data is stored for the term of the account and for 90 days after its deletion, unless otherwise provided by legislation.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, with the exception of:

• Payment operators — for processing transactions.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) — for the operation of the Service.
• State authorities — upon a lawful request.

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies to maintain the authorisation session and for the correct operation of functions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, however this may limit the functionality of the Service.

8. User rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Request a copy of the data stored about you.
• Demand the correction of inaccurate data.
• Demand the deletion of the account and personal data.
• Withdraw consent to the processing of data.

To exercise these rights, send a request to the email support@iapauto.pro or via the built-in chat in the personal account.

9. Changes to the policy

We may update this Policy. In the event of material changes, you will be notified by email or via the interface of the Service. The current version is always available at iapauto.pro/privacy.
